HOLUS BOLUS
HOLUS BOLUS is known as the ONE-MAN-PSYCHEDELIC-ACOUSTI-LOOP artist. Not only a looping artist, HoBo takes is to the next level of looping, basing it on acoustic instruments. Looping his drum kit beats via mics on the kit, and psychedelisizing his acoustic guitar through effects pedals.
HOLUS BOLUS is Tom Boylan. Based in rural Northern California, Tom has found a way to be his own band. Recording in his home studio, Peach Fire Studios, he has put out many recordings. The most recent of which, The Work Of The Ether, laid the foundation for this last year's worth of touring throughout the west coast.
HOLUS BOLUS is currently recording a new CD, The Time Machine, due out in fall of 2011. The newest single, Hit Parade, is available here for download, as well as the videos for Hit Parade and March To The Moon.
